The analysis tool we have been using since the start in 1984 is called PAT. After 30 years of experience, we trust this tool.
PAT (Personal Assessment Test) was developed for the American armed forces in the 1970s. With more than 30 thousand people in the test base, it is given very high validity. In 1989 it was certified for use in Norway and Scandinavia by Sigvard Rubenwitz, professor at the University of Gothenburg.
Since the launch in 1984, Cathrine Juell has been working on developing a pedagogical form of expression, the D-SCOR method, which describes how we can use the analysis results from PAT in an effective and specific manner in order to create performance cells and develop a performance culture. We stand out from other models by underlining collaboration skills as an essential means for effectiveness and target achievement, not just working styles.
The analysis is not Norwegian DNV-certified. We work internationally, so a Norwegian certification is therefore of lesser importance. We have tested the reliability and validity of the analysis we use and have found it to be just as valid as ISO-certified analyses, including Big Five
